Job Title: Tele caller /Inside sales Representative

Location: Madura Nagar, Hyderabad

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month + INCENTIVES (Based on performance)
Work Hours: Full-time 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
6 day working / week

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, handle customer inquiries, and gather market research. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online research.
Product Promotion: Explain and promote products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services and achieve sales targets.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the database accurately.
Follow-up: Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and suggestions for improvement.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
Report Generation: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities and sales achievements.


Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Graduates in any field.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
Customer Service: Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi and other native languages.
